الشروط والأحكام

يعود هذا الموقع (arabicnames.design) إلى شركة Arabic Design LLC، وهي شركة مرخّصة لدى مدينة الشارقة للإعلام (شمس) في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
باستخدامك لهذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:
١. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات المعروضة على هذا الموقع بما في ذلك:
التصاميم، الأسماء، الخط العربي، المنتجات الرقمية، الشعارات، النصوص، والصور، هي ملكية فكرية حصرية لـ شركة Arabic Design LLC.
لا يُسمح بنسخ أو تحميل أو استخدام أو توزيع أو تعديل أي من هذه التصاميم أو المحتويات بدون إذن خطي مسبق أو شراء ترخيص رسمي.
٢. استخدام التصاميم والملفات الرقمية
- الملفات المجانية مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.

- أي استخدام غير مصرح به يُعد انتهاكًا قانونيًا ويُعرّض المستخدم للمساءلة.
٣. الشراء والترخيص
- عند شراء أي منتج رقمي من الموقع، فإنك تحصل على ترخيص محدود وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدامه حسب ما هو موضّح (شخصي أو تجاري).

لا تتحمل شركة Arabic Design LLC أي مسؤولية عن:
